We offer exchanges for unworn items returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a fully completed return form. Please note that the cost of returning items is not covered by us. Refunds and exchanges are only applicable to items returned within 3 days of delivery. Items returned as faulty but showing signs of damage unrelated to manufacturing faults—such as accidental, malicious, or wearer-related damage—will not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear briefs, bodysuits, body care products, perfumes, swimwear, face masks, and baby foods unless faulty.
Online purchases can be exchanged at our Lagos or Warri stores, except for sale items. Items purchased in-store can only be exchanged or refunded as store credit.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days.
Return Guidelines:
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original Opatity tags must still be attached.
- Save your tracking code as proof of shipment, as return shipping costs are not covered by us.
